This website is run by Packia Nirma Guna Sekar, a sole proprietorship trading as Hilver, of Nagercoil Junction Railway Station - RRI Cabin Road Vadiveeswaram Village, Ozhuginasery, Tamil Nadu 629002, India ("we", "us"). By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Our pieces

Every piece is 925 sterling silver. We photograph each piece as it really is, but colour and finish can look slightly different on different screens. Sizes and weights are approximate. Country of origin: India.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include all applicable taxes. We are not registered for GST, so no GST is charged. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. You can pay online through Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets) or, where offered, cash on delivery. Cash on delivery is available on all orders.

An order is a contract only once we confirm it by email or SMS. If a piece turns out to be unavailable, or a price was shown in error, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid in full.

Using this site

Do not misuse the site, attempt to break its security, or copy its photographs and text for commercial use without our written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Beyond those rights, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Nagercoil have exclusive jurisdiction.
